When Mizora visits the camp for the first time ever with Karlach alive, Shadowheart is the only companion who does not have any comment about Wyll being transformed.
Which is a bit odd considering how vocal she is about other events at camp (Lae'zel, Gale, Astarion, Dark Urge etc...). Possibly a line not triggering properly?
Tested with Shadowheart both before and after revealing her Shar secret;
