The fastest way to get a quick response is probably on the Larian discord in the troubleshooting section.
DIscord as a platform developed out of messaging applications, so it is much better at fielding short form response/reply type Q&As. Effectively it's a chat room with many ongoing chats broken into sections by topic. Topline items for common/current issues are often pinned.

https://forums.larian.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=89&page=1These Boards, and forums like this one, or steam boards, and also reddit, basically developed more out out BBS, so they function more like a bulletin board (many fewer postings and organized more like a tree) but in this case with fewer passive engagement type features (likes/follow/reposts or stuff of that sort) that you might find on reddit.
They're both pretty similar honestly, in that everything is essentially a form of content plus comment/reply. Main advantage of discord is that there are lots of people kicking around there at any given point in time, and so hopefully someone who can point you to wherever is the right spot for your issue. It's also much easier to upload things like image or file attachments to the discord. Only real downside is that because it moves so quickly, and the chat is continuous, it can be trickier to navigate with a lot of scrolling. Discord for me can be harder to follow over time, just because it's so much more active, but it's very handy in the moment and has gotten a bit better at long term/longer form stuff. Feedback there seems more streamlined, if necessarily less conversational than the other chat type sections (that section has limits on topics/replies so basically like all pins). I honestly kinda wish I'd used it more over the past year or two. Discord was rather less useful when I was using it several years back, so I kinda moved off it, but it seems better now - like with more overall functionality.
Here on the regular boards it's all organized much more by chronology plus popularity (whatever topic gets bumped will float at the top for however long, as long as it's drawing eyes and replies). Pretty much until it gets pushed onto the second page, stickied, or moved to a less active section. You can gauge which sections are topical or the most active by the volume of total replies usually, but in general might get no replies unless someone really has something to say - back and forth topics or controversies de jure, or to do the sort of rambling thing that I'm doing currently. Poking around online for a few decades now, I haven't really seen anything else in terms of structure. I mean there are the socials and blogs, like hybrid of the two I guess, but again kinda similar overall, so it just comes down to what's your speed. Anyhow, might give that page a try to see if you get more traction.
To the Q, I have experienced occasional crashes, but I'm not on Xbox, so it'd be impossible to know if they're related. On PC there are like thousands of variables and random things that could make a crash happen. I spent an hour yesterday trying to figure out why I suddenly had pixelating artifacts on the bottom of my screen, before realizing it was a Windows update battery power-saving issue, probably specific to my specific laptop. They'll probably want to know more deets on exactly what was happening with your crash situation, like in the campaign and whatever was the last thing to crack off in-game right before it crashed.
You can do a support ticket here... but for attaching the files and such I don't know how that works on console.
https://larian.com/support/baldur-s-gate-3#modal I'd probably try the discord though, just cause you can get on that with your phone and such if you need to and someone there would probably know. Threads go ghost and fall down to page 2 or 3 all the time here. Every other thread a start will sink like a lead balloon, so it's not uncommon. I think most peeps tend to just check out the latest, unless they remember something from earlier in which case it's a little easier to find here to necro or whatever, since forums are naturally more archival. Anyhow, hope that helps a bit, potentially.
