Hello there,

every minute or so the framerate drops to 10 and even below 10 for a while just to go back to 60 after that (I set 60 max).
Game is pretty much not enjoyable like this.

I never used any mods nor expierenced any lag issues before hotfix 20 (besides that act 3 was kinda laggy in the beginning).

Doesnt matter if i play on ultra or low graphic settings.
I play on Windows and DirectX.
Issue definitely came with hotfix 20 since I played the game perfectly fine two days ago.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Does anyone have a solution for this?
Is there a possibility to "delete" this Hotfix?

Tried to deleted the cache and to skip the launcher without any success.

My device is an Asus Notebook with AMD Ryzen 7 4800HS, 16GB of RAM and a GeForce RTX 2060 (max Q).

The game started to stutter after the latest patch, I am on macOS though.

It seems relatively consistent too. For example, the game always freezes for a bit near the Last Light inn entrance.

I had no such issues before the patch, now it is unplayable.
