In the foyer to Rosymorn where the gith first stop you to ask what you're doing, I aggro'd them. Karlach threw the pike at the mage in the distance from the top of the stair. The bottom of the stairs can't be more than 10 feet high. However, when it returned she got hit for 38 bludgeoning damage. The tooltip for the damage says the pike fell from 129 feet. This doesn't happen all the time either. Very frustrating and sometimes almost one-shots her. ESPECIALLY frustrating in Honor Mode. Saw reports of this happening in other game modes so not unique to HM.
