Steam updated my BG3 to v4.1.1.49000808 746pm Eastern Time, March 8, Friday. Have seen no documentation at BG3 wiki, here on the forum, or in any YT videos.
This is beyond patch 21 on March 7th.

It would be helpful if Larian provided some comment and documentation on what this does/fixes.
