So now she no longer says anything related to Gale or *SPOILERS* after a situation happens, but it seems she says nothing at all about anything ever. I did 2 major story events where everyone else seemed to have dialogue but Minthara only said "You wish to consult me?"

I think they fixed Minthara's reactive dialogue issue by removing every one of her lines entirely.

(Note: I'm playing on X Box Series X)

I was wondering about this too. I had the same thing happen after a story event and everyone else in the party had reactions to it except Minthara.

EDIT: I'm on PC since you mentioned what you are playing on.

Hotfix 23... still not fixed. I don't know if this is ever going to get fixed.

Yup, confirmed it myself too. My evil/Minthara playthrough has been on hold since mid February when Patch 6 released.

Just checked with Hotfix 24 and she's still not reacting to major events.

Looks like she's still not reacting as of Hotfix 25.
