Spoilers for Steel Watch, Endgame, and, uh... Psychonauts 1

When I got to Baldur's Gate I assumed the Steel Watchers were powered by (hand wave) magic. But then I'm going through the Steel Watch Foundry to rescue the Gondians, and I find instructions for removing a brain, [i]strapping it into an armoured battle-tank, and making it shoot down innocent civilians with its CONCENTRATED PSYCHIC DEATH BEAM![i]

In both games this is part of a plot by a megalomaniac madman to take over the world. The process looks a lot messier when you can't use super sneezing powder.

Granted, the Steel Watchers are more battle mechs with giant swords than tanks with psychic death beams, but then I went into a room full of brains in jars that I could telepathically communicate with and I couldn't help draw the comparison. Besides, the game ends with you inside the mind of the Netherbrain, so...
