When you put the grove into it's raid state, there is a little quest that can be done inside the grove, where Rekka sends you to find Doni, the non-verbal tiefling boy.
Noting i did was able to progress this quest, i spoke to Doni but he had no dialogue options, i spoke to everyone else i could find and nothing. I even reloaded, did things in a slightly different order, but still nothing. In the end the only way I could resolve the quest was to resolve the raid on the grove.
