Has anyone been able to get Active Search to work on PC with keyboard?
No, I do not mean holding ALT to highlight. Console (and PC if you're using a controller) allows for holding down the X button, with a circle radiating from the character, which then searches all containers nearby at once. No more need to search each container individually just to grab all (useful) stuff.
It would be such a balm for my loot goblin soul to be able to do that on PC, without having to resort to playing with a controller, which is SO not my thing. Google pointed me toward a (9 months old) method to remap the console button to the keyboard, but that does not seem to work anymore, if it ever did. I also tried a couple different 3rd party remapping programs, but no dice.
Anyone..?
