Hello everyone sorry to bother and my bad english!

i have a bug in the prison, when i kill the two guards torturing Minthara and talked to her, i said "hide here a while" she remains there without any chance to talk again and i now im frustrated cause i did so much to keep her in act 1 and i don't want to lost her...i tried killing all guards and saving tieflings etc but nothing works, she's still there and i don't have previous saves cause is my first run and didnt expect those days a bug like that...anyone knows a trick/mod or something to fix this? )):

I had the same problem and the only way out that I found was to lead her out of prison immediately after killing the guards. Do not let her wait there. So hopefully you can go back to a save before or during the fight with the guards and try that. (The game may have taken an autosave just before entering the prison, you should check that. Not in honour mode of course)
The unresponsiveness of Minthara looked a bit as if she was in a cutscene or dialogue, and I suspect this is the problem. That conversation where you ask her to wait doesn't end properly. But I have no proof, I just base this on the circumstances I see.

Having the same issue, or very similar. I don't remember telling her to wait, but she seems to be. On honour mode, so need a fix for the current situation.

Minthara is bugged again for a while she wasn't following the party in act 3 the last update fixed it to a point
I have the most annoying bug with her now though she's lying knocked out in the throne room with decide Mintharas fate quest waiting to be completed.

At least she got to the prison with you .
If anyone knows a fix I'd be pleased to hear it the healing here doesn't work.

Did you try a cure wounds spell or potion on her ? It's the way that the unconscious druid in the tunnel witrh the guardian statues can be woken up.

Yep cure wounds , potions she is still knocked out with the guards watching over her.

Another thing to try (if you have not done so already) is to take a long rest ? When you leave camp and teleport back to the prison, maybe she's back up.....
