I love the way the daggerroot description associates it with death and that you can find it at both entrances to the dank crypt. Both the entrance on the beach and the hatch entrance.
Those are the kind of details that stand out to me. It's great that the developers considered such a small thing. It creates a sense of mood and place. The world feels more real for it.
