As the title says, i have encountered a bug where the Enhance Ability spell uses a level 3 spellslot in conversations on 2 different level 5+ druids. Outside conversation it uses a level 2 spellslot like its supposed to.

if a 3rd level slot is all your character has to use then yes thats the correct thing this game should do i.e, not a bug

This bug has persisted since last year, yesterday after several months I started a new game and it is still present. It only occurs in the dialogues, even holding down the ALT key to select the spell level it continues to use higher level spells slots even when you have level 2 slots. It also happens with charm spell, it skips the level 1 spell slots and consume the higher ones, but again only in dialogues, you can precast it before a cut scene on a character.
