I'd love a button that allowed me to delete all auto and quick saves. It'd be nice to have a confirmation "Are you sure?" type of pop-up for it. I often have a ton of QS and AS that I want to delete. It takes times to do them each one by one. Worse, if I am trying to be fast, I will accidently delete a named save by mistake while trying to get rid of the QS and AS.

What's the reason for needing to delete them? The game should be deleting them automatically - I think the limit is around 20 of each, then it deletes the oldest ones. I can't remember if that's adjustable, but if you're low on disk space it might be worth checking the settings to see if you can lower the number it stores.

It would be easier to just delete them from Windows explorer rather than in-game. Doing it that way, if you make a mistake you can restore them from the recycle bin.

You can change the number of auto and quick saves the game makes. I forget what the default is, I thought it was 30. I set mine to 10 each. I wonder if turning it down will automatically delete the extra ones.

I'm an old woman (Gen X). I like to control my saves and delete them when I am ready to do so. I have never let any of my auto/quick saves "age out". Guess people my age just think differently.

I've been gaming for a long time and I don't delete my saves, ever. I'm a digital hoarder. When I finished a game, I copy the saves over to my backup drive(s) and delete them from the save location. I don't rely on auto saves, I manually save often and use quick saves between places where I manually save. I do let the quick and auto saves overwrite, but my manual saves, I keep forever.

If you're manually saving and you aren't using the auto saves or quick saves at all, try lowering the number of auto and quick saves the game keeps and see if it prunes the older ones for you. If not, I still suggest deleting them from from outside the game. It's easier and quicker, and reversible if you mess up.
