Hello, Larian !

It would be nice if you could add a special alert message line in one of the upcoming patches while aiming with a spell that requires concentration, indicating if it will cancel another spell you have already cast. In a similar way to how alerts work for Opportunity Attacks.

A red line saying that "casting this spell will end Concentration on X"?
True that it is not that difficult to miss ...

Yes, Solasta had something like that and it was very helpful. It can be solved by paying more attention, of course, but throughout my playthrough I cancelled few too many spells for my taste.
