I have been unable to sync my PC saves to the PS5 for months now. The PS5 saves download to my PC, but saves on my PC fail.

I've been in contact with a tech support person, and they've given me several things to try, including:

  • Resetting network adapters
  • Creating a new administrator Windows account
  • Clean boot then test game
  • Delete the files in the LevelCache folder

I've also tried disabling my anti-virus (Bitdefender) and added the executables to the exceptions list.

As a last-ditch effort, I re-installed the game and the GOG launcher.

My PS5 and my PC are both logged in to the Larian account.

The cross-save function worked for several months, with intermittent difficulties.

Does anyone have solutions that have worked for you?

crosssave doesn't currently work on Gog [since the PS patch come out] a fact Larian support is very well aware of because it was their 'fix' for PS that brock it

Thanks for the info. I was going nuts trying to troubleshoot this.

Have Steam accounts had the same problem?
