There are a lot of spoilers on youtube, but I haven't seen any of them. What I wanted to know is
if it's possible to get one of the new evil endings without actually controlling the brain? Can you get a new evil ending and destroy the brain at the same time?

Yes. I've datamined the designated folder for it, it all stems from controlling the brain.
