Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems I can't acces the menu

Hi, its been a long time since I played BG3 so I downloaded the patch 7 and the new toolkit and the game start but usualy the first image you see when you open the game is the Baldur's Gate city with the statue and the ''press any key to continue'' message then the camera go down, underground and you see a temple with the skull and the menue. My problem is that I dont have the ''press any key to continue'' message and im stuck on the first image and I cant acces the menu. The image with the statue moves, theres sound and music but nothing happen. I do have mods from Nexus installed but it was never a problem when I played during patch 5 and 6.

Make sure the mods are updated to patch 7 and don't include the "mod fixer" as it's no longer needed. That solved it for me at least.

Also, depending on what mods you have installed you may encounter some glitches in-game like being unable to roll skill checks.
