Its happening to Auntie ethel after the Myrna cutscene when you first see her in the teahouse and she dies at the end of the cutscene when she shapeshifts. Its happening to the shadow druids when you confront Khaga in the cutscene as they pop out of rat form and it ends the cutscene. Its also happening with Halsin right as the last goblin in the prison dies and he shapeshifts out to start the cutscene(which never plays because he just dies).

I do not play with any mods and ive only noticed this recently as my last 2 playthroughs i was evil or Durge.

Ive noticed others havin issues with Ethel and Halsin doing the same here on the forums. Id there a work around or anything from Larion yet?

It is happening to me since patch 7 too when playing Durge. Tried it with and without mods, but Shadow Druids and Aunt Ethel die when transforming. Steam directx11 and vulcan, custom difficulty. I even tried a fresh installation and deleted old campaigns and started a new one.

@Silentmobius, a question. Are you perhaps using cheat engine tables in your campaign? Just read few reddit posts that this happens to people using cheat engine. Will try a new save for myself without cheat engine.
