I'm looking for new heads for a new playthrough.
Diablo 2 classic had these perfect designs that stood out from this dark and dreary setting. It fit and worked, these contrasts and matched the shining hero.
I'm looking for something like that for BG3.

There are mods in the mod manager. You can search for heads. You can look to see if any of them suit you.

The search filters are not working properly for me. Some screenshots show that you can use the filters to display heads, spells, dice and other items. In my case, I can only hide "explicit content".

Then can you search for heads? Don't use the filters but manually search for heads
