I'm not sure how much the devs actually see what happens over here, but I would love to see a way that we could block certain mods in the manager. I'm extremely tired of having to wade through 'ashortians' and 'daddy minsc' 'short o heart', etc.
I don't want to ruin others' fun, but the trending feed page is kind of useless for me at this point because it's just full of joke mods. I'd love the option to just quietly block those mods from showing up so it's easier to use.

Yes, I agree with that. It's annoying. There should be a category where new resp. “test mods” can be marked as such and hidden or only displayed if you search with the corresponding tab.

they really need a category system There is one, kind of? But it's too general I think. The reason I suggest being able to block seeing certain mods is because I want to be able to use the front page of the mod manager to browse, but the first three pages are generally just kind of useless.

I recently made a mod on the toolkit, and also found the categories... not very good. At least for what I had made, nothing quite fit.

I wanted to echo this sentiment of wanting more categories as well. It’s difficult to flip through all the pages, and when I try to do it by categories many of them seem to not be in categories. This can make it hard to find what you may have seen before. I haven’t made a mod but I’m curious - does it make you tag them into categories or do you have the option of leaving them untagged?

I'm actually not sure- I've always been uploading them to NexusMods, and I also never checked if that was possible there (I suspect not). I just tried to find the closest categories, but I found it didn't describe the mod very well. It did have a category that just said "Others" and I think I clicked on that? I remember, when trying to tag it, that there was an abominably extense amount of categories and none of them remotely applied, maybe they were related to customization presets like say, eyes, hair and the like?

Yes lol, I actually didn't know there was a category system in place already. Found it yesterday when messing around and +1 for more options with that, via blocking or/and more categories.

Yeah, I feel like the categories Larian used are too specific. There are mods that I have to either search for by their name, or scroll through the pages since I cannot seem to get them to pull up when I select different toggles for sorting personally. That can be frustrating and I find myself going back to Nexus since it’s easier to find mods (even if they are posted on both). I’d prefer more general categories like Nexus that maybe could have optional subsections. Like the general category is ‘character customization’ which then can be broken down into the current categories they have (hair, scars, tattoos, etc).
