I was doing great in this game until I completed the proper transaction and received the root. Instead of the game identifying the root properly, it showed up as "Object No. 10625".
I am unable to do the summoning now.
I am wondering if I can send you the saved game to someone in technical support and they can get it fixed up properly and then return it to me? I have tried all the suggestions on here and none work. I completed this portion of the game too far back to want to replay the whole works!
