wont install, just hangs and hangs
running 98 se
64 meg vid card
loads of hard drive space
not sure how much ram, maybe 128 mg of ram
would this prevent it installing

help please

How long did you leave the install when it hung? Some people have had the first CD check take awhile, though subsequent checks should be faster.

Are you shutting down all non-essential programs (especially anti-virus) before trying to install the game?

You can copy 3 files off the 2 CDs (do not need the autorun.ini file of the first one) to the same folder on your hard drive, and try installing from there.

I had to leave the cd in the drive for about 10-17 minutes before it would install. I even copied the files to my c: drive, and it still took that long. You've just gotta be patient! I went for a bath, and when I came back it was working.....

Do you have an antivirus running ? Try disabling it before installing... Some antiviruses don't seem to like large exe files on CD <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
