Because she is supposed to react, just like all other 9 companions do for every notable event that doesn't directly concern them.
- Her and Astarion have their own conversation beneath the Szarr palace.
- She has a line during the ritual itself about what Astarion should do.
- She has a line about the fate of the 7000 vampires within that same cutscene.
- And then she is the only companion out of the entire cast that's missing her reaction about Astarion's ultimate decision.
Yeah sorry, didn't mean to say it's *in* the game and you did something wrong, seems bugged- I just meant to say it seems that content-wise they only wrote in a response to AA. There isn't one for Spawn, for some reason.

Minthara is (as always) in a horrifyingly unfinished state, so when it comes to her character I have to be perfectly crystal clear about her issues and remain 100% on point with them. Can't afford potential confusion with her bug reports because there's no in-studio playtesting to ensure all her content is in place and working properly. So regardless of the reasons why she isn't reacting - it's evident she is supposed to be reacting here so these reports are to ensure Minthara's issues are brought to light so she can hopefully get fixed and brought up the same quality standard as the rest of the cast.
