I created this guide for all the nice people I met here in the forum or on other platforms. Or for all the people who have no basic knowledge of how an outfit is created. However, I DON'T use the official Larian tool for this because I haven't had the time to learn it yet. But I use the fantastic tool from ByteBard, which basically takes care of the entire coding part. It only has a small weakness in the icons and preview images, which I will explain in another video on how to give your mod the finishing touches and add preview images and vendors, among other things. But it is fully functional.

I try to explain the basic knowledge using a simple outfit and build on it further. I show how I find the data and process it. I chose an outfit made up of 2 parts, I use the UUID of the original textures and recolor them. This works with any number of parts. In the video and also in the Youtube description it is stated what programs and tools are needed. You should have this installed.

I don't claim it to be the shortest, easiest or most error-free method, it's the way I create new gear very quickly on the fly. If it helps someone, even better.

I clicked on as many skills as possible with the mouse, explained everything in writing so that you can stop at any time and activated which keys I press.

If I find time, I will also familiarize myself with the Larian tool and see what options it offers me.

Good luck and have fun. smile

Hello, here is the promised second part of the guide. I'll explain to you how to make icons for your mod, specify vendors who sell your mod and how to add other languages for your mod. If everything works and you are satisfied, you can then pass on the mod.

I hope I haven't forgotten anything, good luck and have fun. smile
