I killed Otho, He was trying to kill me, so I killed him... Do I need him further in the game? Or is it alright to kill him?

Goodness me....nahhh just kidding with you. Isn't Otho the dwarf in town 1?What did you go and do to make him attack you? If it is the dwarf from the beginning of the game I think you may need him later, not sure if you *have* to have him alive though.

Killing Otho is not fatal (except for Otho <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />) for any of the game quests <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Either Otho or Joram are essential for one of the required quests, but one is expendable. I take it you killed his pigs without saving first? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" />
Installing the patch adds protection to a few more of the required NPCs.

Nah joking,i found him a pain in the begining actually,you would have thought that being nice wasnt in him.

I just waited till after he left town to kill his pigs (i needed the meat) , He tends to repair stuff cheaper than everyone else so i kept him.
