Despite the 'Hide Musical Instrument' setting being selected in inventory; the kissing scenes will completely ignore this setting to instead enable the instruments during their scenes.
*As can be seen there are no instruments visible on either character's backs during the dialogue, until a kissing scene is initiated whichenables them by default*
