im playing a dd,
but in Chinese language(simple Chinese),
where can i get an upgrade patch for my dd game?
the current version is v1.003 or something,
will v1.34 English version appliable?
IF I DONOT upgrade, will i encounter any major problems?

AND how can i convert this game back into English language?

The English release was version 1.0029, and the 1.34 patch corresponds to the game version 1.0034. The Chinese release may or may not have kept the same version numbers. Check with the publisher, and see if they have a patch listed. If that doesn't help, the Larians get back from vacation next week.

Unfortunately, there are differences between language version, and it is not possible to switch languages.
