Stuff has no problem with Elden Ring (actually purchased cuz of it) or Cyberpunk'77 set to highest settings (gets a bit warmer, but no weird sounds or stutter).
But for some reason BG3 exclusively is causing noise similar to coil whine, even though hardware aint even sweating? Started with Patch 6 IIRC.

Anyone else had the same experience? Any tips what might be causing it, as heavier load is not the reason, and PC is quiet with much more demanding games and under heavier load?

There may be a setting in the graphics section that is taxing your system specifically in this game.
Maybe the FPS is going too high and you need adjust from the in-game video settings? for example if your monitor is 240Hz you don't necessarily need game to run in that high FPS can be lowered to 120 or 60 and put Vsync on, maybe the resolution is too high?

If card has built in power saving features turn them on and see if that helps.

There are too many variables to know what can cause coil whine unfortunately but something is taxing electrically your system though and it doesn't have to sweat especially if you got a good cooling/fan system so it could still be load based but can vary from manufacturing flaws to silicon being inadequate to just some games going up in FPS to needless levels at inappropriate resolutions or certain settings being taxing your system doesn't like or could be something more technical outside of the games alltogether which I'm not going to delve into as I'm no expert in that kind of technicality...
What brand is the graphics card from ?

Like I got RTX 3070Ti with no coil whine, and it says on the side "Gigabyte" but obviously its from Nvidia, just being curios in more detail what you got there.

Hope my post is somewhat helpful but I am no engineering type person or an expert on this matter, just going by past experiences my friends have had.

(edit) Just a minor addition, but also make sure it is actually coming from the GPU. The PSU is also a culprit for coil whine.
