Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Tyr's protection not working for Wyll.

I have the sword of Justice, and pacted it to Wyll,n so he is now fully proficient with it and has all bonuses.
The spell "Tyr's protection" is in his action list, but when I cast it, nothing is seen to happen. AC doesn't increase with 2. I see no protection icon nextg to his portrait.
Yet, he is seen to be concentrating on the spell. (see screenshot)
This looks like a bug to me. Or is there a rationale for the spell being concentraded on, but not having any effect ?

Seems that Wyll cast it on Shadowheart.

Combat log shows Wyll casting it and Shadowheart receiving a buff (While the name is not quite right, the Shield of Faith buff is the same effect as Tyr's Protection. Shield of Faith is the default Cleric spell version of it, while Tyr's Protection and Shar's Aegis are item versions of the same spell)

Owww.... you are right. A bad case of tunnelvision on my part, I guess. After 2000 hrs play I still just assumed this boon was for the swordbearer only, and must have clicked on Shart to confirm it. Thanks for helping me solve this mistery.
