Okay, I just started a new game. I got to the last screen of the fight against Commander Zhalk and friends. My new character who I will call hobbit in this post, killed the Commander and friends. The only thing remaining was the cambions. So hobbit and Lazel went toward them to take them out, while Shadowheart went for the controls to crash the thing. Shadowheart got there before Lazel and Hobbit got wasted by the Cambions...and we crashlanded successfully. Once we started again on the ground, Hobbit tried picking up objects, checking chests, barrels, etc, but nothing opened, etc. So I tried Shadowheart...same thing...nothing opened. Could this be because there is a bug where your character HAS TO BE THE ONE THAT CRASHES THE mind flayer ship? I think Larian needs to fix this...for reality's sake.
