Hej again. Maybe I'm a little bit stupid but how do I invest my own skills to upgrade the doll? (This is the first time I play this game).

You need to have one of your characters (preferably the DK) learn one of the summoning doll upgrade skills (which can not be unlearned). After that the summoning doll inventory will display the bonus levels or skill points which you can distribute among the available dolls.
