The autosave attempt returns an error 408 as I walked past the Steel Watchers and go to open the door in Wyrm's Rock to attend the inauguration of Gortash. I had a similar situation causing failed saves at this point on another playthrough and it seemed to be caused by missing speaking to Yenna when she appeared at camp. However, this time there appears to be no fix: I have tried going back one or two saves, speaking to everyone including Scratch, changing the party members, but nothing seems to work. Subsequent saves and auto saves seem to work - it's just that particular one in Wyrm's Rock that never does.
