Do spell save bonuses from items [hats, weapons and cloaks] stack?

Where is the spell save DC anyway?

Yes, they stack.

As far as finding spell save DC, it's stated at the top of your spellbook. Above your actions it will list your Spell Attack and Spell Save DC values.

Of course, for an individual spell you might also double check by looking at the Combat Log, where it will break down its DC values.
