Hi guys, I'm working on a new shaman mod, but it's different from all current shaman mods.
Like with other shaman mods, it's supposed to let you select totems that offer corresponding bonuses.
However, the whole thing is supposed to be modular, giving you many options to determine how you fight.
I know, that doesn't sound like anything extraordinary.
But with the mod, you're supposed to be able to choose between the four elements as selectable totems, which then not only "level up" on their own but also make existing spells stronger and unlock new ones over time.
This means that you can initially "only" cast a type of fire blast as a cantrip.
However, if you choose the fire totem at the beginning, it will become increasingly stronger over time.
Up to a large fireball, which, however, is limited to one target without an area effect from the wind totem.
However, with area support from a wind totem, you can increase the area effect from, say, a rank 1 wind totem from 1.5 meters to, say, a rank 4 wind totem on a shaman level 12 to, say, 9 meters...
However, you can only increase one totem and thus one element to rank 1, one to rank 2, one to rank 3, and one to rank 4.
Therefore, it would be a very tactical class.
Especially since the elements don't distinguish between friend and foe.
I would be interested and have the time to help with a project like this.
