I am not sure if I am doing this correctly. I have downloaded the half-orc smooth skin textures and I am extracting and then dropping the files in the data folder. This worked just fine in Patch 7, but now it doesn't seem to be reading the folder at all. I've done many searches and I am not sure if these are even supposed to be edited this way with Patch 8 or if everything is bundled into .pak files now. Could someone please tell me if dropping files into the Data folder works, because I can't figure out if it is my game installation, user error, or what have you or that the game just doesn't read those files anymore.
