Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems game just not loading

I have tried it all, even total wipe of every file on the PC, new install of the game, steam, and nothing i get to launger click on Vulkan or DirextX 11 doesn't matter both do the same thing message [pops up " Launch game with custom arguments Balder's gate 3 is attampting to launch game with optional parameters shownn below: - externalcrashhandler -stats 1 =modded 0" " if you did not request this launch or do not understand these options, select cancel. "

So what the hell this mean?

ok found the issue for this, was running as admin was checked, so undid this and now a new issue, Required extension VR_KHR_surface not found in list of available extensions. I am currently going through options to fix this, will see if they work, validating files right now so after see if i can launch with DirectX first and see if it works or gives the same or different issue, will post back what happene. But the istall is new, the steam install still new, and the c++ was installed as well, so we will see, this is 4th day of failed launch.
