Not sure what exactly I'm seeing in the video and I'm not on a PS5, but:
Could this be the Jaheira issue where she's not treated like a full-blown party member? This happened to me only once and it results in things like her not joining battle when everybody else does plus not being able to receive certain buffs from other party members - if you try to do that, the game will give you a "target must be an ally" error-message. Basically, she's handled like a neutral NPC who just happens to be in the party.
I narrowed this down to the manner in which you recruit Jaheira and what you do with her right after you recruit her.
I can't say for certain what exactly causes this, but the one time it did happen to me was when I let her join the party after everything at Moonrise (when you get back from defeating Myrkul) - which is what I'll always do. But then I went to camp and re-speced her right away and swapped her out of the active party again. That somehow "broke" her when I put her back on active duty once we made it to Rivington. I then went back to an older save and stuck to my usual method of recruiting her :
- Let her join but send her to camp during the scene after the Myrkul fight.
- Then leave her alone until the party makes it into Act III.
- once in Rivington, put her on active duty and re-spec/level her.
... and everything worked as it should. So I have to assume that putting her in the active party and/or re-specing her while still in Act II will somehow "break" her.
Note: This was on an earlier patch of the game... maybe 3 or 4 months ago. No idea if it's even still a thing on the most recent version/patch.
