So at the moment, and I've never seen this before, it's saying "cannot connect to get sync saved games", or somesuch.
First of all, I'm stunned some company decided to save my games "in the cloud." I'll bet that's why save and load commands proper, as opposed to quick save and load, are excruciatingly slow to pull up the list of saved games.
Sounds like use of buzz tech for investors, a solution in search of a problem.
But nevermind, that's not my question.
In the current state where the cloud is apparently down, it says I can play but warns me of something scary. Nevermind that, either.
If I turn off sync to cloud, will my old saves come down to my local? Will they be loadable? I want to load a game in progress, from the cloud, and start saving it locally. Imagine this question in the fonting I did above, but 2x larger still: Will this work gracefully?
Worst case scenario: No, and games in the cloud evaporate because I turned off save-to-cloud. Decades of programming experience have taught me these kinds of situations have a tendency to be poorly thought-through. Please, make me a liar worrywart fool.
