Hi.

We had an issue where the host disconnected from the server, and when he restarted the session we all could not join.

We fixed this by having him create a new game, we all joined. Then backed out.

But then we got back to the previous game. The game was no longer able to do crossplay. So our Xbox player could no longer join.

We tried:

Restarting the game

Disconnecting and reconnecting his larian account in game and to steam

Restarting his PC

I'm not sure what all else we can try here.

As the Xbox player cannot join via direct join code (whether by intetion or bug i do not know), and the invite menu only accounts for steam players.

Can you at least make an option to send invites via the larian account or something? That seems like a no brainer solution here.

I just wanted to say that I have also had this issue. We had just gotten to the Iron Bank and we were mid fight when my connection crashed. I was the host so I continued playing so I could save after the fight. But next time we tried to play no-one could join via crossplay. The one PC player and one Steamdeck player could join via other means.

Would also love a way around this as the only issue is the Xbox player as they have no other options for joining. It's an honour mode run as well, so we cannot re-load a previous save.
