Ok, I know this is probably simple and silly to ask but where is he? dont see him in the vicinity of either graveyard. May have missed an area but help would be appreciated hehe.

I gather, you met Apollo already? It's the cemetary where you exited a certain dungeon <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />, after the castle. These gravestones are in circular order. If you touch them in correct order, Shrimpo will appear.
