Well if anyone knows what to do about this please let me know.
I am in act 4 just completed the summoning tests on level 2, want to go to next level after fighting samuel in third test. Problem is I cant open door to stairs it is still locked and cant go to third level. I checked out the walkthrough since I was lost and it said I had to talk to a specific ranar elder with door keys tha I first talked to when got to level 2 after completeing third test. Problem is I think he is stuck in the room behind the locked doors, since there is an npc in the room I cant access, I checked out every other one on level twice and he's no where to be found, just possibly inside the locked room. How the heck do I get the him to unlock doors if I cant talk to him? Also I do have latest patches installed.\
Some one please help if you can am getting really frustrated by this, Thanks in advance for ay help you can offer.
