I have defeated Josephina in her cave - but I didn't get 3rd Elven artifact (the one which suppose to be in weapon inventory (found this wail looking into Kiya's Council Member Spoiler). What now?

I continue playing because first I was thinking that 3rd artifact may be in locket box, but when I read in Kiya's spoiler that .....

Can I help myself with downloading the missing inventory? If so, how can I do that?

Is there any chances that 3rd artifact may steel be in the locket chest at the beck of the room?

Yes, the third ceremonial item can be in the locked chest, though usually Josephine drops it.
Did you move your mouse cursor around behind the stairs or the southern walls where she could have dropped the staff, where the alt key would not help you find it?

If you want to bump up your Lockpick skill, you can use iZakaroN's SaveEditor (or from Kiya's site, with description).

Mission completed - my Elven council Member got his artifacts and he is already in Council.

Raze is there anyway to get lots of money without killing things or something because i died with lots of money and had to restart game <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" /> [color:"red"] [/color] <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

With Pickpocket at level 1, you can steal an 'unlimited' number of stackable items by holding the control key down when clicking on the stack, and taking all but one of the items. If you do not take the entire stack, it is not counted as a steal.

Even random loot and a few trips to the BF should eventually net lots of gold with the patch installed.
