I can't beat him. I tried arrows, I tried sneak mode, I tried hacking him. He just won't die. I even had two dolls summoned and nothing worked. Now what? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" /> My character is level 21 warrior/wizard. I have tried to find the Hammer spell. Don't know where to look or if I can even use it. Please someone help.

You can buy the Shaman spell (nature includes hammer) in the BF. Elkar I think. Just rush out via BF icon <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

as Raze already posted the other thread, please look into Desdemona's site - she gave tips as well.

The imp hermit in the spider forest can teach you the Hammer spell, at a higher level than Elkar in the BF of act 2.
Make sure you are not using weapons that do shadow/bone damage, since he is fairly resistant to that.

act ii - hints for shaman

Raze, if Trinity is trying to kill the shaman, she can't go to the hermit => only BF are possible, hm? I took it this way => she's kidnapped in his realm.

Only the BF is possible without reloading an earlier save. The hermit will still be there after getting back from the shaman's realm, so if level 2 of the hammer spell is good enough, then there would not be any reason to revert to an previous save.
