Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) General How to bring up full map?

Hello,

Sorry i'm quite thick so sorry to ask such a silly question lol.
Each NPC I interact with says they have marked my map with the place I need to go, but I cant get a full map up to see where to go.

I have tried a forum search but cant find anything.

I cant find the manual or id have looked in that.

open the menue where your journal is - one of the buttons there opens the map! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Also, A is the hotkey to open/close the auto map.

Biffsmash, if you hit CTRL+F12 you get access to the controls in-game => you can look up the short keys via key control - just in case you have re-defined "A" for map <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

In case you can't find the flags on the map =>
1. minimize internal size by hitting the looking glass with a minus sign
2. Then press mouse and keep pressed to shove map in the frame around.
3. You will see your flags within the black (uncovered area) to get an idea of the direction
