i gave the axe dwarven king but i gave the letter to the council member and king didnt give me the quest..
sir patrick dont give me any quest..
how can i get the dragon breastplate??

You could try downloading another letter to give to the king, and see if that triggers the speech option about the breastplate.

I had the same problem:

The guards took all my stuff, including the letter I needed to show the king, just drag-drop the letter beyond the guards and pick it up when you entered. Then you should have the option to give the letter to the king-guy.

Or, if you're a mage: use your spesial ability and swich place with one of the guards inside <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />.
