Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Act 4 Elder Ankhumar stuck in wall!!

Help! I've finished all three summoning tests and am ready to go to act 4, level 3. But--the elder Ankhumar that gives me the key to unlock the door with the stairs down is stuck in a wall in that locked room with the stairs down. Based on the only green dot I can't get to, he appears to be stuck in the wall across from the locked door (the wall that runs along the long corridor across from the library).
My quest log has cleared all reference to the summoning quests and all other quests for this level. I have downloaded patch 1.45 just in case but no luck.
Going to the battlefields and different levels does not change his position in the wall.
Any ideas?

This is not an answer but did you try to reload a save game to see if the problem persists

Reloading did not help, but I hex edited the character locations to put them inside the room, where they could talk to the elder and continue to the next level.
