Hi:
I am in Act II in the third dungeon in the 3rd & bottom level and I do not see any quest item.
There is nothing in the room at all, not even any bad guys.

I am looking for a Theater mask or some kind of explosive.

Since the BF for Act II has more than 3 entrances does this mean that I will not find a quest item in the lowest level of each dungeon?
Do I now have to search dungeons 4,5,& 6 when I receive the keys?

Correct. BF quest solutions are randomly placed, so any particular dungeon's third level may be empty.
