Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Act IV

I've been entered into the school and have completed what I thought was the first summoning.

I have the special root from the imp, the protection rune of wisdom (plus all the rest), the potion from the laboratory and the spider leg.

When I drop them into the circle I'm told somethings are still missing.

I have not gotten that far but my walkthrough says
Talk to the instructor, he will tell you that you have all of the components.
Place the spider leg, Kohar Root & Feynur Potion in the summoning circle then read the book on the table.

The only thing I've not done is read the book. I'll try that as soon as I'm back at it.

There have been some problems with the instructor not recognizing all the ingredients.
If you're ok, your exp should be fluttering up as soon as you enter the first summoning room.
If this doesn't happen, drop all the ingredients (leg, potion, rune AND the book) somewhere far away from the first summoning room (entrance hall is ok) and then go back. This should fix the problem.

Yeppers,exactly as Desdemona says--I also had that same problem with the first summoning--I think I only went about about 2 rooms away though,dropped all the stuff,picked it back up and when I returned I got told I had all the components.
I also had the same problem with Nifix and the Mushroom-had to do same thing-go a room or so away,drop mushroom -pick it up and return and Nifix then recognized I had mushroom.

I've been dropping them in the circle and then picking them up, so I'll head down to the Imp's and see if they have anything good to purchase or even go to the BF's and see what the merchants have. I'll drop all the items and pick them up. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/kitty.gif" alt="" />
