BTW: i was knowing this kind of things by email but from post mail... i'm really puzzled... the paper is so bad quality that... well it may be anyone who has printed that...

Looks like Spam zu me. Unfortunately the tex is to fragmented so I cannot say exactly what it is. I have difficulties in interpreting it.

the 'attached form' ask for bank details and manuscript sign
there is no reference to legal details...
and i'm not even sure the EL GORDO SPANISH LOTTERY exists...
anyway The Sultan of Brunei and Bill Gates are many things i won't tell here but i have some difficulties to imagine what they will have to do with an unknown spanish lottery (if it exists)...
the paper and the print are common bad quality...
the post stamp is spanish and i don't have a clue how they had my adress (not a public thing)
i will have understand to have received something like that by email but by post mail...
and as all spams i see it is (for the least) unsure to give in, but i can't see who could give in...

it's probably an fax scam.
if you send a paper to some faxnumbers, you will have to pay like 7,5-10 US$, because it's a pay phoneline you send it thrue.
recently in Belgium (a week ago, someone found out such a fax sceme, business offices got a fax messeges, that they had to send there BTW numbers to this faxnumber, to get a tax refund.)

check the postmark.....should be something like "bulk mail" ......
throw it away.....garbage.....

i got dinged for 1200.00 from a scam that was from some travel agency
(( through a fax/e=mail at work))...in the states.....until i got suspicious, and phoned the BBB ,and then VISA.....they did a check and the "company" disappeared soon after that.......

All's well that end's well......VISA refunded my money!

i think it is something like that... well i won't test it to confirm... but it sounds like that because the form should be sent back to faxnumber... thanks for the info, it was something i didn't know, except for the internet version of course...

EZtraveltheworld.com... of course!!! they had some pop-up addwares on half the PCs in the world i think... well i can't say i will miss them...
