THere is no great harm to them asking the same questions adnausium, but i am sure that the people comming here because of a general game error, like the char stuck in a wall, will quickly look for a solution, and if he/she doesnt find it, proceed to yell bluemurder about the BUG in the game. If the solution was readily available when they were doing their quick glance (most people's version of a search) at the site, they would have (mostly), tried the solution quickly, and realising its no biggy, carried on with their lives, without first blaming starforce for the 2030 elections gone wrong (just a graphical explanantion of how much sense they make with their allegations some times), then proceeded to blame the nazzi's for the genocide that killed the one person in history that could make a game with no bugs in it, and then because we didnt reply within the first .1 millisecond, proceeded to scream and shout that the game is poorly done, etc etc etc , uninstall the game and throw it in the dustbin....
Having the most common small bug's solution very easily available, is a form of not only damage control on the small (and mostly harmless) bug's or common user mistakes, but also a way of making the people realise that their MAJOR issue, was most possibly their mouse that scrolled them out of the viewable screen (as in the black screen bug that is roaring across the forum often enough).
